As spring is almost upon us, our guide calendar is filling up. There is still time to book. If you have certain dates in mind, please give us a call so that we can reserve them for you. A 20% deposit is all that is required to reserve your spot. Don’t forget about the huge caddis hatch on the Watauga, or the epic sulphur hatch on the South Holston. If trout are not your game. We also offer trips for small mouth, striped bass, and carp. If you have never hooked a carp on a fly rod, you are missing out. These fish are as picky as a trout and pull like a truck!!!
Hope to see y’all on the water!

This Christmas season’s hottest stocking stuffers
These have been the some of the hottest items this Christmas. You can’t go wrong with a pair of Abel nippers. It is the one tool that all fly fishermen would love to have. The New Zealand Wool strike Indicator has been really popular lately. It lands very softly on the water, and it is super sensitive to strikes. If it stops or twitches…Set! Finally, the Dr Slick Mitten Clamps. Anyone who has ever tried to use a pair of forceps while wearing gloves knows how irritating it can be. These mitten clamps just squeeze open and squeeze closed.
We hope to see you on the water, and have a Merry Christmas!
We just received our shipment of 2014 Simms gear! Be sure to stop by and checkout Simms Cold weather line of shirts and pants. These are awesome and guaranteed make any angler happy on Christmas day! Don’t forget that we still have a few pair of last year’s Simms Headwaters Waders on clearance. These are brand new goretex waders. Stop in and try a on a pair. We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and we hope to see you on the water.
